ジジイのTweed Suit from KENNETH FIELD

KENNETH FIELDが作った1950年代のアメトラ・スタイルのツイード・スーツです。ジジイが愛用しているスーツはイタリアのブランドのものばかりですが、愛用スーツの中で、これが唯一のアメトラ系のスーツです。生地は英国の老舗ファブリックブランドであるフォックスブラザーズのヘリンボーンツイードを使っていて、とても丈夫です。

This is a 1950s American traditional style tweed suit made by KENNETH FIELD. All of the suits I love are from Italian brands, but this is the only American traditional suit I love. The fabric is herringbone tweed from Fox Brothers, a long-established British fabric brand, and is very durable.

ジジイが購入したのは2020年で2024年時点で4年経過していますが、数回着用した程度ということもあり、購入時点の状態と変わっていません。かなりしっかりしたツイード生地なので、このスーツは長く愛用できると思います。このスーツの当時の定価は¥143,000でした。

I bought this suit in 2020, and as of 2024, four years have passed, but it has only been worn a few times and is still in the same condition as when I bought it. The tweed fabric is quite sturdy, so I think you can wear this suit for a long time. The list price of this suit at the time was ¥143,000.
