ジジイのCashmere Brown Suit, KITON "KB" model

ジジイのお気に入りのKITONのカシミアのブラウンスーツです。Instagramのリール動画をご覧いただいた方からのリクエストがあったので、出品しました。

This is my favorite KITON cashmere brown suit. I put it up for sale because I received a request from someone who watched my Instagram reel video.

このKITONのスーツは、KBモデルといわれるものです。KITONのフルオーダーは、Kモデルと呼ばれますが、このKモデルからプレタポルテに転用したモデルがKBモデルです。

This KITON suit is called the KB model. KITON's full order is called the K model, and the KB model is a model that has been converted from this K model into a ready-to-wear model.

このスーツは10年ほど前のものですが、大切に愛用してきたので状態はとても良いと思います。購入当時の価格は、50万円でしたが、KITONが誇る最高のカシミア生地を使っているので、今、同じカシミアのKITONのスーツを購入すると、ウールスーツでも70万円以上はするので、100万円越えするかもしれませんね。

This suit is about 10 years old, but I've taken good care of it and it's in very good condition. When I bought it, it cost 500,000 yen, but because it's made from the finest cashmere fabric KITON is proud of, if you were to buy the same cashmere KITON suit now, even a wool suit would cost over 700,000 yen, so it might even be over 1 million yen.

KITONのこのカシミアスーツは、まるでカーディガンかのような軽やかな着心地です。肩が山の稜線のような綺麗なラインを描くのは、KITONの仕立て技術のなせる技でしょう。

This KITON cashmere suit is as light and comfortable as a cardigan. The shoulders have a beautiful line like a mountain ridge, which is probably due to KITON's tailoring technology.

今はなくなってしまったMEN'S PRECIOUSという雑誌で、このKITONのKBモデルは「永久不滅の名作ジャケット」として紹介されていました。一生使える愛用品になると思います。

In the now-defunct magazine MEN'S PRECIOUS, this KITON KB model was introduced as an "Eternal masterpiece jacket." I think it will become a favorite item that you can use for a lifetime.

ジジイとしては、一生使うつもりのスーツだったのですが、冒頭に書いたように「欲しい」とご要望があったので、JiJi Shopには購入価格の半額で出品しましたが、古着としてはとても高い価格設定になっていると思います。

As me, I had intended to wear this suit for the rest of my life, but as I mentioned at the beginning, someone said they wanted it, so I put it up for sale on JiJi Shop for half the purchase price, but I think that's a very high price for second-hand clothing.

KITONの直営店でもプレタポルテで、カシミアのKBモデルが並んではいないでしょうから、KITONのKBモデルがいいなと思った方で懐に余裕がある方は、ぜひパターンオーダーしてみてください。

You won't find the cashmere KB model in the ready-to-wear section at KITON's own stores, so if you like the KITON KB model and have some money to spare, I recommend you try making a pattern order.
